Archbishop Desmond Tutu - Lifetime Achievement Best Practice Recognition.
One of the world’s greatest icons, ARCHBISHOP DESMOND TUTU, was awarded the Frost & Sullivan Growth Innovation and Leadership (GIL) Lifetime Achievement award at the third annual GIL 2013: Africa conference. Mr Tutu also received the Nobel Peace prize in 1984 and has become a moral voice in the call for equal rights for all South Africans, as well as a system of common education. “We are truly honoured by the Archbishop’s acceptance and proud as a global community of industry visionaries, innovators and leaders to celebrate his lifelong contributions to the world and humanity,” concluded David Frigstad, Chairman of Frost & Sullivan.
